FAQ - Updating Your Details & Using Loyalty Vouchers

1. How can I sign up to the Merrell loyalty program?

In store by providing your contact details, OR

Online by creating an account: https://www.merrellaustralia.com.au/customer/account/create/

Once you have created an account, all your future transactions (in store and online) will count towards your next loyalty voucher.

2. What rewards do I get for shopping at Merrell?

  • Receive a $30 voucher when you reach a total of $300 spend (in one or several transactions). Then, for every subsequent $300 spent, you will be sent another $30 voucher.
  • Exclusive invitations to VIP sale events
  • Notification of new product arrivals
  • Access to competitions

3. What if I no longer want to receive newsletters from Merrell?

You have 2 ways to opt-out of all email marketing communications:

  1. Click the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of a Merrell newsletter that was sent to you, OR
  2. Log into your account online and change your newsletter preferences https://www.merrellaustralia.com.au/customer/account/login/

4. How can I change my contact details?

In store by providing your new contact details to our staff to update in the point of sale system, OR

Online by logging into your account https://www.merrellaustralia.com.au/customer/account/login/

5. When will I receive my loyalty voucher?

Vouchers are emailed to customers once a week. It means that it may take up to 1 week before you receive your loyalty voucher.

6. Where & how can I redeem my Merrell loyalty voucher?

In store: Either print the voucher you have received by email OR just show the email on your phone to the staff. Alternatively, store staff can find your voucher in the point of sale system.

Online: Enter the loyalty voucher number later in the checkout just prior to payment.

7. I am sure I have spent over $300, but I have not received a voucher yet.

This could be because we do not hold an email address for you or the email address we have is invalid.

This is not a problem; the staff in store will be able to find your voucher by looking up your account.

We recommend that you contact one of our stores or the customer service line (1300 131 766) to confirm you do have a voucher in our system.

8. I have lost my loyalty voucher and I wanted to use it online.

Please contact the customer service line (1300 131 766) and ask for your voucher number. They will give it to you over the phone.

9. Can I use my voucher at any time, on any product?

Merrell loyalty vouchers are valid for 3 months from the issue date. The expiry date is specified on each voucher.

Vouchers can only be redeemed on transactions of $50 or more. The $50 need to be spent in the one transaction.

10. Is my loyalty voucher transferable?

Yes. You can pass your voucher to friends or family for them to use in a Merrell store or online.

11. Can I use several vouchers in one transactions?

No, only one (1) voucher can be used per transaction. 

 

Loyalty Vouchers - Terms & Conditions

By agreeing to sign up to the Merrell loyalty program, each member accepts and agrees to be bound by the Merrell loyalty program Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy applicable from time to time.

From 2 February 2016, members making purchases at any of the Merrell Australia stores or online will have their transactions counting towards loyalty vouchers. On reaching a total spend of $300, across one or several transactions, members are automatically emailed a $30 voucher, then for every subsequent $300 spent, members are emailed another $30 voucher. Transaction which has been cancelled, reversed or relates to a refund given will be reduced from the total spend required to earn the next voucher. Vouchers are emailed once a week.

Voucher redemption does not accumulate towards spending level. Vouchers expire 3 months from the issue date. Vouchers can only be redeemed on transactions of $50 or more. The $50 need to be spent in the one transaction. Vouchers issued are redeemable at all Merrell stores in Australia and online. The vouchers are transferable, are not redeemable for cash and replacement is not guaranteed if lost. Only one (1) loyalty voucher can be redeemed per transaction. Customers are not able to redeem several loyalty vouchers in one transaction.

Launch promo vouchers:

As a launch promotion, on 2nd February 2016, Merrell Australia also send a $30 loyalty voucher to all customers who have provided their email address AND reached a total spend of $300 before 2nd February 2016. Those ‘launch vouchers’ will be valid for 2 months only.  Customers have until Friday 1st April 2016 to redeem their ‘promo voucher’ in store or online.

 

To the extent permitted by law, Merrell Australia will not be liable for any errors, omissions, delays or disruptions in the operation of the loyalty program and will not be liable for any loss caused by any such errors, omissions, delays or disruptions.

Merrell Australia may replace or amend the rewards & benefits of the loyalty program and these terms and conditions at any time at its discretion. In particular Merrell Australia reserves the right to change the amount to spend to qualify for a voucher and/or the amount of that voucher at any time. Merrell Australia will use its best endeavours to notify members of any replacement or amendment, but will not be liable if it does not. Merrell Australia may suspend or terminate the loyalty program at any time without reason or notice. Merrell Australia will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from any suspension or termination.
