Am I eligible for a refund or exchange?

Due to current climate with COVID-19 we will be closing our doors for a short time and so we’ve extended the return policy period for an additional 60 days, from the date of purchase. This allows a total of 90 days, from the date of purchase, to return your item(s) back to a post office or in store when trade reopens

If you wish to return an item purchased in-store, contact Customer Experience.

To be eligible for a return, all online and in-store purchases must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Any product being returned for change of mind (whether an in-store or online purchase) must be:
+ In its original condition
+ Unworn, unmarked and unwashed
+ In the original packaging or box
+ Not defective as a result of misuse
+ Tags still attached
