How can I sign up to the Merrell loyalty program?
You can sign up to M-Rewards in store or by creating an Online Account here.
Note: If you have signed up INSTORE, you will still need to create an ONLINE account to access your account online. To do this simply create an online account here – being sure to use the same email address that you provided when signing up in store, when creating your Online M-Rewards Account, your instore history will simply link to this account (may take upon to 24hrs to see).
As an M-Rewards member, all your future transactions (both in store and online) will count towards earning you rewards.
Where can I redeem my M-Rewards Voucher?
In store, simply provide our friendly store teams with your membership email address and they will be able to find your membership account in our system and apply your M-Rewards Voucher to your purchase.
Online, simply log-in to your Online M-Rewards Account here.
Remember to sign-in to your Online M-Rewards Account before making your transaction, even if you are not redeeming your M-Rewards Voucher, to be sure you earn all your M-Rewards Points!

What if I no longer want to receive newsletters from Merrell?
You may unsubscribe from Merrell marketing emails at any time by clicking on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link found at the bottom of every Merrell email. Unsubscribing from Merrell’s marketing emails will not affect your M-Rewards membership.
How can I change my contact details?
In store - you can ask to have your membership details updated by providing our friendly store team with your new contact details.
Online - you can change your membership details by logging-in to your Online M-Rewards Account.
By Email - you can ask to have your membership details updated by simply replying to any Merrell email you receive and providing us with your new contact details.
When will I receive my M-Rewards Voucher?
Your M-Rewards Voucher is attributed to your account as soon as you have earned them, and you can redeem them straight away in store or online (by logging-in to your Online account).
You will also be notified of your new M-Rewards Voucher by email, which may take up to 7 days to arrive in your inbox.
I am sure I have spent over $300, but I don’t have my M-Rewards Voucher yet.
This could be because we do not hold an email address for your M-Rewards account, or the email address we have is not valid/misspelt.
If you are in store, simply reach out to our friendly store teams and they will be able to help find your M-Rewards account in our system, and update your details if required.
Alternatively, you can contact our customer service line on 1300 131 766 and they we be able to help find your M-Rewards account in our system, and update your details if required.
Can I use my M-Rewards Voucher at any time, on any product?
You can enjoy your M-Rewards Voucher on any transaction in store or online over $50 in value (excluding shipping). M-Rewards vouchers are valid on sale or discounted items, and can even be used on top of any other offer or discount code, but cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers or for shipping costs. M-Rewards vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from the issue date. This date is shown within your Online Account, and also in the email notification you will receive.
Are my M-Rewards Vouchers transferable?
Unfortunately no, your M-Rewards Voucher are tied to your M-Rewards account and so are not transferable at this time
Is there a minimum spend with my $30 Voucher?
Yes, there is a minimum spend of $50 for a voucher to become valid
