Items purchased online can be returned to any of our retail stores provided you have proof of purchase and meet the return conditions below:
- Item(s) were purchased in the last 30 days and proof of purchase can be provided
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise undamaged with original tags attached
- Item(s) are in original packaging or shoebox in their original condition
Important to note: PayPal purchases are unable to be refunded in-store and must be returned online. Gift cards are non-refundable.Our 30-day returns and exchanges policy still remains, but we won’t count the days those stores are closed in the instance of government lockdowns.
