AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
If you wish to return an item purchased in-store, please visit our help centre for our updated Returns Policy
The returns policy has been extended to 60 days until 31st December 2025. To be eligible for a return, all online and in-store purchases must be returned within 60 days from the date of purchase until 31st December 2025.

Any product being returned for change of mind (whether an in-store or online purchase) must be:

• In its original condition
• Unworn, unmarked and unwashed
• In the original packaging or box
• Not defective as a result of misuse
• Tags still attached
