  • How can I sign up to the Merrell loyalty program?

    You can sign up to M-Rewards in store or by creating an M-Rewards Online Account here.

    Note: If you have signed up in store, you will need to create your Online M-Rewards account to be able to redeem your rewards when making a purchase online. To do this simply create an Online M-Rewards account here โ€“ being sure to use the same email address that you provided when signing up in store, when creating your Online M-Rewards Account.

    As an M-Rewards member, all your future transactions (both in store and online) will count towards earning you rewards.

    What rewards do I get for being an M-Rewards member?

    Save on Merrell with M-Reward Credits!
    Earn 1 M-Reward Point for every $1 you spend at Merrell in store or online.  

    For every 300 M-Rewards Points you accrue, you will receive $30 of M-Rewards Credit. You can enjoy your M-Rewards Credit on any transaction in store or online over $50 in value (excluding shipping). M-Rewards Credit are valid on sale or discounted items, and can even be used on top of any other offer or discount code, but cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers or for shipping costs.  

    Each $1 of M-Reward Credit is worth $1 off your transaction and is valid for a period of 6 months.

    M-Rewards Credit is not transferable.

    What if I no longer want to receive newsletters from Merrell?

    You may unsubscribe from Merrell marketing emails at any time by clicking on the โ€˜Unsubscribeโ€™ link found at the bottom of every Merrell email. Unsubscribing from Merrellโ€™s marketing emails will not affect your M-Rewards membership.  

    How can I change my contact details?

    In store, you can ask to have your membership details updated by providing our friendly store team with your new contact details.

    Online, you can change your membership details by logging-in to your Online M-Rewards Account.

    By Email, you can ask to have your membership details updated by simply replying to any Merrell email you receive and providing us with your new contact details.  

    When will I receive my M-Rewards Credits?

    Your M-Rewards Credits are attributed to your account as soon as you have earned them, and you can redeem them straight away in store or online (by logging-in to your Online account).  

    You will also be notified of your new M-Rewards Credits by email, which may take up to 7 days to arrive in your inbox.

    Where & how can I redeem my M-Rewards Credits?

    In store, simply provide our friendly store teams with your membership email address and they will be able to find your membership account in our system and apply your M-Rewards Credits to your purchase.

    Online, simply log-in to your Online M-Rewards Account here.

    Remember to sign-in to your Online M-Rewards Account before making your transaction, even if you are not redeeming your M-Rewards Credits, to be sure you earn all your M-Rewards Points!

    I am sure I have spent over $300, but I donโ€™t have my M-Rewards Credits yet.

    This could be because we do not hold an email address for your M-Rewards account, or the email address we have is not valid/misspelt.

    If you are in store, simply reach out to our friendly store teams and they will be able to help find your M-Rewards account in our system, and update your details if required.

    Alternatively, you can contact our customer service line on 1300 131 766 and they we be able to help find your M-Rewards account in our system, and update your details if required.

    Can I use my M-Rewards Credits at any time, on any product?

    Are my M-Rewards Credits transferable?

    Unfortunately no, your M-Rewards Credits are tied to your M-Rewards account and so are not transferable at this time

     

    Merrell M-Rewards Terms & Conditions

    By agreeing to join M-Rewards at Merrell Australia, each member accepts and agrees to be bound by the M-Rewards Terms and Conditions and confirms that they are an Australian resident of at least 18 years of age. Merrell Australia may collect personal information from M-Rewards members for the purpose of facilitating the programs and all such personal information will be handled in accordance with the Merrell Australia Privacy Policy.  Each member may hold only one M-Rewards account. Any points, credits or other features gained from any further M-Rewards accounts held beyond a memberโ€™s first M-Rewards account may be transferred to that memberโ€™s first M-Rewards account or annulled at the sole discretion of Merrell Australia. 
     
    M-Rewards accounts are for personal use and are not available for commercial enterprises or by employees of Accent Group or any of its related companies. Merrell Australia considers the owner of the M-Rewards accountโ€™s email address to be the sole owner of the M-Rewards account. Merrell Australia at its sole discretion may cancel any M-Rewards account suspected of being used for anything other than personal use.
     
    M-Rewards members will earn points on all purchases they make at any of the Merrell Australia stores or online at www.merrellaustralia.com.au, and a member will receive a minimum of 1 point for every $1 AUD spent. Points are calculated by rounding down to the nearest dollar ($) amount. On accumulating the first 300 points, M-rewards members are automatically assigned a $30 M-Reward Credit to their M-Rewards profile, then for every subsequent 300 points members are assigned another $30 M-Reward Credit to their M-Rewards profile.
     
    To ensure that your in-store purchases at a Merrell store are calculated as part of the M-Rewards program, you should ask a store team member to retrieve your customer profile file by providing your email address used when setting up your account, or other personal details, prior to completing your purchase, to enable your purchases to be added to your M-Rewards profile. If shopping online, log in to your account via your browser prior to completing your purchase, with the email address you have used for any in-store purchases, to make sure your purchases are added to your M-Rewards profile.
     
    Merrell Australia will deduct from your M-Rewards account any points that have been credited to your M-Rewards account in error and any points that relate to a purchase which has been cancelled, reversed or refunded. M-Rewards Credit redemption does not accumulate towards spending level and therefore does not accumulate points. Any M-Rewards Credits used on a transaction which is later returned are forfeited and will not be returned to the memberโ€™s account.
     
    M-Rewards Credits expires 6 months from the issue date and is only valid for use on a purchase for a minimum value of $50, excluding shipping costs. Points earned on an M-Rewards account are not transferable or redeemable for cash. M-Rewards Credit is redeemable at all Merrell stores in Australia and online at www.merrellaustralia.com.au. M-Rewards Credit cannot be used towards purchase of Merrell Gift Cards. Purchase of a Merrell Gift Card does not contribute towards M-Rewards points.
     
    To the extent permitted by law, Merrell Australia will not be liable for any errors, omissions, delays or disruptions in the operation of the M-Rewards program and will not be liable for any loss caused by any such errors, omissions, delays or disruptions.
     
    Merrell Australia may replace or amend the M-Rewards offers and these Terms and Conditions at any time at its discretion. In particular, Merrell Australia reserves the right to change the number of points required to qualify for an M-Rewards Credit and/or the amount of that M-Rewards Credit at any time. Merrell Australia will use its best endeavours to notify members of any replacement or amendment including by publishing it on the Merrell Australia website. Merrell Australia may suspend or terminate an M-Rewards account or the M-Rewards program at any time without reason or notice. Merrell Australia will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from any suspension or termination.
